We collect what we need to run Studita. We never sell, rent, or share it. Here's the short version, in plain English.

What we collect

• Account data — email, password, display name. Required to sign in.
• Profile data — university, major, year, interests. Optional. Used to personalize what you see.
• Activity data — programs you save, applications you track, notes you write. Visible only to you.

How we use it

• Run the product — your saves, your tracker, your workspace.
• Send transactional email — verification, password reset, notifications you opted into.
• Keep the platform safe — rate limits and abuse prevention.

Subprocessors

The vendors we use to run Studita: hosting, database, transactional email, and payments. All bound by data processing agreements. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Ask for the current subprocessor list.

Your rights

• Access — export everything we have on you.
• Deletion — delete your account anytime; data hard-deletes after 30 days.
• Correction — edit your profile or email anytime.
• Opt out — unsubscribe from any non-essential email in one click.
