By using Studita you agree to these terms. We tried to write them like a person would talk, not a lawyer.

You agree to:

• Use STUDITA in good faith. Don't automate, mass-extract, or abuse the service.
• Be honest in submissions. If you submit fake decision reports or programs, your account gets banned.
• Respect other users. No harassment, no doxxing, no mass-extracting their data.
• Keep your credentials safe. We can't recover a compromised account if a third party logged in as you.

We agree to:

• Keep your data private. Never sell it.
• Notify you within 72 hours of a confirmed breach.
• Give you a way to export and delete your data anytime.
• Be transparent about pricing and not silently raise it on existing subscribers.

Content you submit

When you submit a decision report or program data, you give us a non-exclusive license to display it on STUDITA. You retain ownership. If you delete your account, your submissions are anonymized but the data may persist as part of the directory's timing data that helps other students.

What we offer no warranty for

STUDITA presents public data and student-contributed reports. We make best efforts to keep it accurate, but timing dates, deadlines, and program details can change. Always cross-check with the official program site before applying. We are not liable for application decisions made based on our data.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts for violating these terms (spam, abuse, fake submissions). We'll explain why before suspending unless it's urgent.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email registered users about material changes 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes resolve via small-claims court or arbitration; never as a class action.
