Duke's Amgen Scholars Program is an intensive 10-week research experience for undergraduates interested in biotechnology and drug discovery. Scholars are matched with a Duke faculty mentor based on submitted scientific interests and conduct independent research. Activities include visits to local biotech companies in Research Triangle Park (250+ companies), seminars, journal clubs, and graduate-school-prep programming.
