Overview

Experience next-generation propulsion and power research with leading academic experts at this Research Experience for Undergraduates site funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Join a team of over 15 undergraduate researchers working in a range of disciplines, including additive manufacturing, turbomachinery, low-carbon energy systems, heat transfer, and combustion. In this program, students will regularly network with professionals from across the propulsion and power-generation industry and develop professional skills for successful careers.

Eligibility

Applicants should be undergraduate students working towards bachelors degree in engineering, material science, computer science, or a related STEM field. Applicants must have completed their sophomore year by the start of summer 2023 and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence status is required for participation in this program.
